Exterior Home & Patio Renovation
A new concrete pad, patio, and roof extension were expertly integrated into the existing structure, creating a spacious outdoor retreat that blends effortlessly with the home’s original design. To further enhance the lake views, all windows were upgraded with crisp white trim, and twin splayed feature windows were installed, following the roofline and opening up the sightlines from the back of the house.
Additionally, the lot was excavated to accommodate new basement windows—improving both safety and natural light in the lower living spaces. Finishing off the transformation, dark navy blue board-and-batten fibre cement cladding was applied to the exterior, offering a striking contrast to the fresh white-trimmed windows and complementing the home’s modern aesthetic.
